The Friends of Rahway Public Library invites the public to join the Annual Rob Dianno Memorial Dodgeball Tournament! We hope to see you and your team on the court for this fun-filled action packed event. The Tournament will take place on Saturday, June 7th beginning at 10:00am at the Rahway Recreation Center. Teams will consist of 6-8 people. Registration is $25 per person. Sign up here today!

Calling all poets! Do you like hearing poetry? Or perhaps you have an original piece of spoken word begging to be shared. Well come SNAP it up with Ronald C. McCray and Terry Benjamin for a "Poetically Speaking" Poetry Slam/Coffee House. All are welcome to attend this free event celebrating Poetry Month! Poetically Speaking will be performed in the Rahway Public Library’s Café area on Wednesday, April 23rd at 6:00pm.

Curbside Crafts for Kids are small kits that you can pick up to assemble at home. Just ask for a "curbside craft" at the circulation desk! Available all week during library hours, while supplies last. A new craft will be released every Saturday for the upcoming week!

Documenting almost 160 years of Rahway's past, the online newspaper archive is an excellent resource for local history, obituaries, and for learning about the events that made Rahway the city it is today.
While the Rahway Public Library has reopened to the public, curbside pickup is still available. If you are interested in using this service, please put your books on hold through our online catalog. Once we have notified you that your books are available, come to the library and give us a call when you arrive. We will meet you on the loading dock underneath the building.
