The Rahway Public Library Meeting Room is available to non-profit groups holding free meetings of cultural, educational, or civic nature approved by library management. Rahway organizations and residents are given preference. For the complete terms of agreement, meeting room layout, and schedule of fees, please click here. Once you have read the agreement, you may either submit it via fax or by filling out the online form below. Effective January 1, 2013, a $25 base fee will be charged for all use of the meeting room. Additional charges may apply.

This organization agrees that it will pay for all damages to any property of the City of Rahway resulting directly or indirectly from the conduct of any member of the organization or anyone in attendance at the meeting. It is understood that the City of Rahway and the Rahway Public Library assume no responsibility whatever for any property placed in the library by your organization in connection with this meeting; and that the City of Rahway and the Rahway Public Library are hereby expressly released and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property which may be sustained by reason of this meeting.
